Head of Household Claims
Our client is looking for a Head of Household Claims, responsible for delivering and managing the Household Claims function, leading the department and communicating matters affecting the function to both internal and external parties. A key element of this role is to make decisions in all matters affecting operations and performance of the Claims function in accordance with the group strategy. They are looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivering development and monitoring of key performance indicators, such as maintaining clear controls on service, reserving, performance and costs. Must be a self starter with the gravitas to manage an expanding team team and thrive on rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in.
