Head of Operations
Our client is looking for a Head of Operations, responsible for the service delivery of the business. They are looking for someone who has experience of managing operations in a high volume process driven contact centre environment with experience of managing teams with multiple customers and processes for one service. The candidate must be up for a challenge, enthusiastic, dynamic, entrepreneurial and open to change, as department could do with updating. The client is looking for someone who works in an outsource company or runs a claims operation (potentially a number two to the Operations Director) in an insurer or a claims operation for a medical Insurers. Clear path of progression to step up in the role after a fixed period and exciting dynamic environment.
