Head of Sales & Distribution
Our client is looking for someone who has a Personal Lines background and a proven track record of managing a sales team. The individual will need to demonstrate where they have created/implemented a sales culture and driven sales performance. Stakeholder management capabilities are key and the right candidate must have the gravitas to adapt style according to the stakeholder. Distribution experience is ideal, however the sales team management is the key focus for this role. Experience of identifying new Broker relationships and driving business forward through a team is what the client is looking for.
