Our client is a highly successful, dynamic, entrepreneurial, rapidly expanding Insurance services Intermediary who offer a range of award-winning products and services to the market Responsible for driving the companies people strategy, to create a high-performance culture that is aligned to the companies values. Experience required:

  • CIPD qualified or relevant experience of best practice approaches, frameworks, ACAS guidelines and employment law and with a broad knowledge of business challenges and approaches to manage risk and maximise performance
  • Previous leadership experience within a senior executive team or at Board level
  • Experience of motivating and developing high performing teams and embedding continuous improvements
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced growing business would be desirable but not essential
  • Excellent employment law knowledge and proven experience of employee relations risk management
  • Experience of creating engaging and high performing working environment
