Senior Claims Manager – Motor
Our client is looking for a Senior Motor Claims Manager to lead the motor claims function, ensuring adequate control systems, processes, customer journey and claims handling practices are in place to meet regulatory compliance. The role requires someone to develop and control the overall Claims proposition by ensuring that appropriate claims handling policies are maintained throughout the business. They are looking for someone to lead the Motor Claims teams, and in some cases external services providers, to deliver claims service and settlements in line with the business goals and operational plans. Must have a motor claims operations background and experience of driving high performance teams.
